Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please visit your YP Boutique online account and follow the instructions provided.
Return Fee:
- Returns processed through our online system will incur a return fee of $2.99.
- Alternatively, you may return items directly to our physical store location at no additional charge.
Final Sale Items:
Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include:
- Earrings
- Hats
- Scarves
- Swimwear
- Merchandise sold at a reduced price and clearance items
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
